This sale will feature “MAINLY AND MOSTLY” ONLY FURNITURE AND RECORDS – there will also be some vintage collectibles – therefore if not interested in these type items best to come to our next unique and full sale coming soon (due to safety reasons) 


Face masks must be worn at all times, social distancing guidelines will be adhered to, hand sanitizer will be provided and windows and doors will be open for cross ventilation – due to safety reasons only appr 20 customers will be allowed at a time – as you probably know we move the lines a efficiently as possible – but be prepared to wait if needed and please be patient – maybe best to avoid the Friday morning rush / NOTE – the saying “everything is gone in the morning” is not true during our almost 24 years of sales – even after drawing early huge crowds there are many interesting items available through the weekend and, of course, at a better prices /

Last Sale’s treasure “straw twist figurine” was found by “Nobody” who states he was hidden so well he (Nobody) found it – this sale’s treasure to find is the “Disco Party” record (hint it is in with the other records) /


This sale is easy to find – located near 14th Avenue and Taraval Street in the Parkside Area of San Francisco (Kevin’s neighborhood as a young child / young adult) – parking is pretty good since it is in a 2 Hr limit zone /
