To anyone contemplating using Kevin and The YES Co don’t think twice. He took what was a daunting and uncomfortable task and made the process much, much easier for us to deal with. He was communicative, dealt with a lock issue, cleaned and organized everything with the skill that only comes from years of doing this. 

Kevin and his team were thoughtful and executed with precision.  Items were moved around and placed in such a way as to entice buyers.  Kevin and his team were constantly moving items so that they would sell well. At the end of the day, the mission was accomplished with grace and integrity. To say that we are appreciative of the care and skill Kevin and his team provided would be an understatement. 

 A million thanks to them for helping us to get the home ready for its next steps and helping us to realize much more than expected revenue in the process.  A standing ovation to Kevin and his team!!!
