This handsome “Italianate Style” Victorian was built in 1885 by William Pluns – it has had only 5 owners over the years and still retains much of the original details – the current homeowners purchased the home in 1997 – they have not only maintained but restored it to its original architectural legacy – the interior still boasts many outstanding features, the woodwork, plaster moldings, lincrusta paneling, gas lighting and even an original pull chain toilet in one water closet – “come to view / stay to buy” some interesting items /
