The lady of the house was “Nerina” who hailed from Sicily and moved to America to live the Dream - she was a force of nature and lived a full, loved and exciting life – “Nerina” managed the Tailor/ Seamstress Department at I. Magnin in SF for 45 Years - she was also the personal tailor for romance novelist Danielle Steel.
Parking is pretty good – use Trousdale Drive with large curb spaces as an alternative -please don’t block driveways - prior price quotes and further info are only for autos / pianos and large furniture (LR/ DR/ BR/ etc) - security system active – small valuables kept off site - neighbors alerted - cash or credit cards - everything sold “AS IS” with no warranties or refunds - we are not a store open daily rather we sell various family’s or business’s used items under a very tight window of a few days - we have had thousands of satisfied customers and hope you are too - hope to see you there - The YES Co staff /
